Our Commitment At Mane Ritual, we take pride in the quality of every product we send out. We want you to love your ritual — but if something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@maneritual.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the item
We will assess your claim and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion. Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Mane Ritual.
Change of Mind We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, including incorrect colour or size selection. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
How to Lodge a Return To lodge a return request, please email us at hello@maneritual.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please do not return items without contacting us first as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Refund Processing Once your return has been approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Items returned outside of the 7 day return window
