Our Commitment At Mane Ritual, every order is packed with care and sent out with love. Here's everything you need to know about getting your ritual delivered to your door.
Processing Times All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates We offer flat rate standard shipping across Australia for $15.00. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $125.00. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Timeframes We ship Australia wide via Australia Post. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control including carrier delays and remote locations.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order at auspost.com.au If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at hello@maneritual.com.au
PO Boxes We are able to deliver to PO Boxes via Australia Post.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Mane Ritual is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at hello@maneritual.com.au and we will do our best to assist prior to dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at hello@maneritual.com.au and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf. Mane Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside of our control.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@maneritual.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
